SITA is a multinational information technology company that provides IT and telecommunications solutions to the air transport industry. I was retained for a large-scale tone of voice and copy-editing project as part of a recent rebrand.
Over the course of the six-month project, I produced a series of online and offline content. This included customer presentations, battle cards, product pages, use cases and internal sales and HR documents. The subject matter was often very technical, and covered a wide range of SITA’s air transport solutions, from border control and baggage handling to check-in, boarding and runway performance. I worked to strict weekly and monthly deadlines and met all of the client’s objectives.
